Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and relax by the pool or on the terrace while you wait. We'll let you know as soon as your room is ready.

Check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Yes, you're welcome to stay by the pool after check-out.

Yes, late arrival is possible. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive late.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is paid on arrival — either in cash or by instant bank transfer to our IBAN.

Yes. We can issue an invoice with your company billing details (business/R1 invoice). Please provide the company name, address and OIB/VAT number before the invoice is issued.

Standard booking and cancellation conditions apply to all reservations, unless otherwise agreed.

Standard Booking Conditions: To secure the reservation, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining 70% is payable on the day of arrival.

Standard Cancellation Conditions: Cancellation made 14 or more days before arrival: full refund of the deposit. Cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.

Double, Triple and Family Rooms do not have a kitchen. Studios have a small kitchenette. Apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

All accommodation units have a kettle and a fridge or minibar.

Apartments are equipped with basic kitchen and household essentials, including dishwashing supplies, a hairdryer and bin bags. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Spices are not provided.

Baby cots are available free of charge, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you need one.

Yes, dogs are welcome and there is no extra charge.

We serve a continental buffet breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. We don't offer half-board, but we'll be happy to recommend some good places to eat nearby.

Rooms: our housekeeping staff cleans the rooms daily.

Apartments: these are intended for self-catering stays, so daily cleaning is not included. Towels are normally changed during housekeeping hours. If you need fresh towels at another time, please ask at reception.

There is no washing machine on site, but Praonica rublja Roza, a self-service laundromat, is about 400 m from Gargamelo.

Yes, free parking is available for our guests.

Studenac is about 350 m from Gargamelo and is within easy walking distance. For a larger grocery shop, Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine, Eurospin, Konzum and METRO are approximately 5–7 minutes away by car.

Poreč Market (Tržnica) is in the town centre and sells fruit, vegetables and other food products.

Yes. During the season, a tourist train runs along parts of the Poreč coast and is a convenient way to move between some beaches, hotels and the town area. Routes and operating times can vary by season, so we recommend checking the current information before travelling.

Yes. In Poreč, taxis can be booked through the Bolt, Uber and Wizi apps. Availability can vary depending on the season and time of day.

If you are travelling with a dog, please check with the driver or taxi service in advance, as pet transport may not always be available.

There are plenty of options around Poreč for families and active days. Popular choices include Aquacolors Poreč and Istralandia water parks, Dinopark Funtana, Papago Park, adventure and rope parks, karting, tennis, padel, and seasonal water sports such as jet skis. In season, you can take a passenger boat from Poreč to Sveti Nikola Island. It is a nice place to spend a few hours: you can walk around the island, relax or swim at the beach, rent sun loungers, and stop for food or drinks. Boat schedules and available services may vary during the season, so it is best to check locally before going.

You can join seasonal boat excursions from the harbour in the centre of Poreč, or plan a day trip by car to some of Istria’s best-known towns, such as Rovinj, Grožnjan, Motovun, Hum and Pula. Hum is famous for being one of the smallest towns in the world.

Another good day trip is Brijuni National Park, a group of islands off the Istrian coast known for nature, history and archaeological sites.
