Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and relax by the pool or on the terrace while you wait. We'll let you know as soon as your room is ready.

Check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Yes, you're welcome to stay by the pool after check-out.

Yes, late arrival is possible. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive late.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is paid on arrival — either in cash or by instant bank transfer to our IBAN.

Standard booking and cancellation conditions apply to all reservations, unless otherwise agreed.

Standard Booking Conditions: To secure the reservation, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining 70% is payable on the day of arrival.

Standard Cancellation Conditions: Cancellation made 14 or more days before arrival: full refund of the deposit. Cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.

Double, Triple and Family Rooms do not have a kitchen. Studios have a small kitchenette. Apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

All accommodation units have a kettle and a fridge or minibar.

Apartments are equipped with basic kitchen and household essentials, including dishwashing supplies, a hairdryer and bin bags. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Spices are not provided.

Baby cots are available free of charge, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you need one.

Yes, dogs are welcome and there is no extra charge.

We serve a continental buffet breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. We don't offer half-board, but we'll be happy to recommend some good places to eat nearby.

Rooms: our housekeeping staff cleans the rooms daily.

Apartments: these are intended for self-catering stays, so daily cleaning is not included. Towels are normally changed during housekeeping hours. If you need fresh towels at another time, please ask at reception.

There is no washing machine on site, but Praonica rublja Roza, a self-service laundromat, is about 400 m from Gargamelo.

Yes, free parking is available for our guests.

Studenac is about 350 m from Gargamelo and is within easy walking distance. For a larger grocery shop, Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine, Eurospin, Konzum and METRO are approximately 5–7 minutes away by car.

Poreč Market (Tržnica) is in the town centre and sells fruit, vegetables and other food products.
